Mr. Chen from Erlin Township, Changhua County | Growing Tainan No. 2 Green Asparagus
In April’s unpredictable weather, asparagus plants under the ridge are eager to emerge through the soil. This year (2020), with minimal intense rainfall in the spring and rising temperatures, Mr. Chen, a young farmer from Erlin, Changhua, has planted the Tainan No. 2 variety. For this season, Mr. Chen has used GGB'sAgri-KingM1(Corn Enzyme Comprehensive Nutritional Liquid) 、and 333 Base Fertilizer to nourish his fields.He is now harvesting approximately 30-40 kg of asparagus per 0.1 hectare each day, which is a substantial yield. Furthermore, Mr. Chen notes that the quality of the asparagus this season surpasses that of previous years. The asparagus is particularly sweet and crisp, and it is rich in nutrients such as amino acids, vitamins, and various trace elements. These nutrients can enhance antioxidant power and activate the immune system. Thus, not only is this domestic asparagus fresh and delicious, but it also supports immunity and helps combat illnesses.
